Welcome to the forum mlmsf.
That depends on the IP you want to make dynamic. You external IP is whatever your ISP makes it. Your internal IP is either set by you network admin or is set by the DHCP server if it dynamic.

Change Your IP from Static to Dynamic I'm Assuming?
Call your ISP and tell them you want to change from a Static IP to a dynamic IP.
