well ,
i changed my static ip : it was 10.0.0.1 and i changed to 10.0.0.100 but it's not what i want. i want to change my static ip " 10.0.0.100 " to internet ip ( www.whatismyip.com ) so anyone can help ? plz ? |

You can put your router in bridge mode so your computer gets the public IP. Just make sure your firewall is on.

If your router is supplied by your ISP, you'll need to call them to determine how to put it in bridge mode.
Although I'm sure if you Google the model of the router you'll be able to find instructions somewhere. If your router is provided by you then you should Google the model and follow the instruction manual. |

Yes...the computer that is plugged in to the router will get a public IP address.
