I know this has nothing to do with networking, but I didn't know where to post this.
I just recent bought an iMAC, I love it. but I wanted to know what are some tips I could know that will tell me if my iMAC has been hacked or not? sound kinda stupid I know since iMAC's are nothing like PC, but I just have to ask. P.S: not very bright when it come to computers. |

insanelymac.com is probably a better place to ask that question, but you might want to be more specific as to what your concerns are
"hack" can mean a LOT of things |

I agree with "Above" - this is the forum for this question (although I also use an iMac). I find the following forum very helpful: http://forums.macosxhints.com/
However, like "Above", I think your question is too broad and you'll have to be more specific about your thoughts. For example, have you bought a used machine and you're wondering about its status? If that's the case, I suggest you format the drive and reload the operating system from the original Apple CDs. Anyway, good luck - who knows, I might even answer your question on macosxhints.com ! |
