Btw, I tried uvnc and works with encryption well.

Anyway, is there anything (maybe something like proxy tool) that I could put on office machine and then I would browse on my laptop on trips, using the office's IP ?

It would be possible also by using uvnc, but I think it is slower way.

I tried that Socks(puppet) but it is not encrypted, and I would need it.

uvnc or a vpn will be your best bet. A proxy would work, but your connection from your laptop to the office would not be secure....unless you set it up with https I guess.
