the 3 computers that work have ips that are simler like 192.168.2.13 192.168.2.15 192.168.2.14 but the one that seam to come and go (disapear and reapear)has an ip that is my internet ip it is hosting webserver and also is DMZplus Enabled in my 2wire modem/router so is there a way i can get all computer to share files |

If you take that computer out of the DMZ and assign it a local static IP like 192.168.2.10 and forward port 80 in your router to that IP, then your webserver will still work and it should resolve the sharing issue. Let alone make your computer more safe since it's not wide open to the public.
If you don't want to take it out of the DMZ, you should be able to assign the NIC an additional IP address and make that IP similar to your other computers on the LAN and that should resolve the issue as well. |

After looking at the settings in Vista, since that computer is the one getting the IP from your ISP....this means it's in DHCP mode. You'd have to take it out of DHCP mode in order to assign additional IPs to the NIC.
Looks like your only choice may be to take that PC out of the DMZ and only forward ports you need. |

You should be ok due to the fact that the dyndns update client will continue to update your account at dyndns with your current IP address.
