Default How To Get Unbanned

Most of the time, you can contact the system admin and explain why you think you got banned and what you've done to correct the problem. They'll usually unban you afterwards. However, if you were banned due to hacking attempts, don't even bother wasting the sys admins time.

Most likely an online game. However, they could also be trying to get unbanned from forums, websites, chat rooms, etc. Sometimes people are banned legitimately and sometimes the admin doing the banning bans unfairly. You know....the kid who got his milk money taken from him in high school and now he's an admin on a site and has "power".

As I learned on myself while I was keep being banned from the IRC Network. Just unplug the power to your modern. But if there was a wildcard banning. then you won't be able to bypass it if the user banning was smarter enough.

On a few web sites, I've gone to, people have been banned because of a misunderstanding. If you really think it was a misunderstanding talk to the system administrator. If you where banned for hacking or other abusive behaviour, it's not even worth trying to get unbanned.

You can always get a different IP if you really want to get back on though.

Probably as I was saying. Ban wildcard IP. Meaning banning Ip Range.

For example:

IP: 75.125.52.5

Banned Ip will effect: 75.125.52.5

[WildCard] also know as a star or *

75.125* will affect any user's IP starting with 75.125

75.125.* is the same as 75.125*

This may very well get them adgitated.
lets not upload viruses to any computers lol. Thats kinda ilegal, and its not that hard to track down who it came from

In my experience, usually you have been told as for when your ban will be lifted.
I was mostly banned from IRC channels, with note like temporary ban for 30 minutes, first time ban for 30 minutes, or 24 hour ban, or banned country etc..
