hi, i have a question.
i'm on windows vista and follow every one of your steps to change my ip adress. it worked fine the first time, but now i can't seem to change it to any other ip. is this permanent or am i missing something obvious...? thanks |

The IP you get and the length of time its assigned is all up to your ISP. The method we provide to change your IP really just "resets" your connection with your ISP in simple terms. How your ISP reacts to you following the same steps again will very between service providers.

how can i find out more about my ISP in order to know for how long a specific IP will be assigned to me?

You'll have to call or email them. They may even be able to assist you in changing your IP.
