I need to connect to a secure website and so my IP has be registered. Problem is that my IP changes every time I log in, so the registered IP does not work. I use a Mac, any one can give me a solution?

I've seen a similar question before--- actually we've talked about it on this forum.
Long story short, you'll likely either need to get a connection with a static IP, or talk to the service you are accessing to work together to come up with a solution. |

Well that would depend on your type of Internet Connection. Are you connecting via a router? Are you on cable or DSL? Is your MAC plugged directly into the Cable/DSL Modem?

Would you please elaborate on how it depends on the type of Internet connection? |

Basically, what ATL already said applies. The IP Address is set by your ISP, so you'll have to talk to them. If they treat it as a business service, it'll cost you more per month. |
