Default Banned and need to change my IP
somedays before I was registered in a website that website banned me for some reason .
I tried to register again but its not possible
I want to know can i register that website again if i changed my ip address
and do websites watch ip addresses or mac id ??

please let me know

You should erase your cookies and try again.

Yes...we track IP Addresses from every visitor....but not the MAC address.
