Tunnel thru shared IP

I need to control one PC remotely, but the destination PC has only EDGE connection and it has shared IP.
It is possible to control it by any chance ?

By EDGE, do you mean a cellular connection?

I'm going to go ahead and assume that by EDGE you DO mean cellular.

With a cellular connection, you will not likely be able to tunnel IN to your connection.

You likely can tunnel OUT from the edge connection.

There are many ways to do this, but they need to be initiated from the machine that you want to control, not the other way around.

Yes it is a cellular type EDGE, well it is a EDGE modem and SIM card in it
But I think I can get dynamic IP atleast (not yet confirmed) then it should be easier.

well, its not all about managing your ip

i think you will find that the biggest challenge will be trying to get in through their firewall
