Default need big help please

i would like to ask if there is still a possibility that an IP address can be detected if you already erased your online tracks? will they be able to detect your past search and log in on different sites? i just erased my online tracks today and i want my previous search on different sites that i've logged in to yesterday to be prevented from detecting my IP address.

Default

how do you erase your 'online tracks'?

do you mean you cookies and history on your computer?

whenever you access a site, they can easily log your IP address and hang on to it as long as they want to
