If anyone out there has written or can write an IP utility that automatically checks the IP and if it's different than the previous IP, sends an e-mail to the specified address, there is a pretty high demand for it.

A couple of requirements would be that it run on Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista. I haven't had many requests specifying 64-bit...nor Linux based software.

Use our automation page to grab the IP. (we can create a special automation page just for your program)

Include the specified e-mail address that the program sends the mail to if the IP has changed in the User Agent. This would ONLY be used to notify users if they are abusing our system. We would NOT store any of the e-mail addresses.

Not let the user change the timing to check the IP at a rate faster than once per every 5 minutes. You could allow them to slow it down if you like, but not speed it up.

I know DynDNS does something similar, but we get so many people abusing our site with DynDNS it's not even funny.

If you wish to charge for the program, that's up to you.

If I think of any other requirements, I'll edit this post.
