Need help with bitcomet ip problem

i have bitcomet. i am running vistax64. i have a wrt54g router and my isp is paulbunyan.net. basically im gonna pretend that im an idiot and just ask you guys what to do rather then tell you what i have done and what i want to happen. all my ports are forwarded correctly the program is not being block by any firewall, anti virus, router etc. but yet bitcomet is still showing the error message that my ip is blocked, and that i should forward my ports and unblock it from firewall or antivirus. all this is done allready. ive done all the reset ip tips i could find and none work not even for a second. the only time resetting the ip did anything was when it disabled me from the internet and all i had was local access. i fixed that problem and im back to square one. what to do?
