anyone out there dat can help me on it .. i have done several things .. but yet the vpn is not connecting . please help me out !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need a scenario to give you more accurate advise.

Are you on a laptop in an offsite location and trying to connect to a vpn at home or work?
