Default Just delete it...

If you remove the program's directory from C:\Program Files\ chances are it will cease to be - none of the programs executables will exist so it will not effectively be there anymore.

Then open the Add/Remove Programs applet and click uninstall. It will most likely come up with a message saying (something along the lines of) "This program isn't here any more, shall I remove it from the list?", click yes, jobs a goodun. If the doesn't happen, you can remove it from the list by unregistering (and the, if necessary deleting) the appropriate DLL using regsrv32.exe (you will have to check for the right version of the DLL).

A good registry cleaner will remove most of the left-overs.

This is all assuming the software from Anti-Keylogger.com has no malicious things hidden in it...

Post Oh, and also...

... To remove the original infection from the rar file:

1) Install, update and run a decent (free) antivirus - avg, avast, there are a few to choose from.

2) Install, update and run Malware Bytes Anti Malware (free).

3) Reboot your system then repeat from step 1 (once!)

If you are still having problems after this, boot from your windows disc and choose the repair option (not ASR, and definitely do not do a clean install!), this will effectively reinstall the system-critical files, including the ones the control the registry and everyting to do with any HID.

If that doesn't sort it, I'm afraid it's formatting time...
