frankdee Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 1	cannot send messages have had trouble with my outlook express, server has refreshed and told me ok and used a test... checked their test worked fine but not in outlook...receiving but cannot send , they have asked me ensure my outgoing smtp port (25 0 is not blocked.. how do I do that?
