Lost and need help please

Hey im here asking some help on problems netgear and other companys "tech" support cant help me with. I host a game server called lineage for friends and i to play well it was working well till i went on vacation for 3 days we had a power out and when i came back the ISP had gave me a new ip. Well since this new ip no one is able to connect to my pc its like the ip doesnt even exist. Ive tried port fwding and opening ports anyone have a clue how to help please!
