Default Getting OS X to run in VMWare

I'm having a hard time getting OS X to run in a VMWare environment. I've tried it on 2 different systems where the Host OS is Vista as well as on a system where the Host OS is XP Home. No luck with either.

I've installed VMWare Workstation 6.5.

I've tried Kalyway as well as iDeneb.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I'm wanting to get this up and going so I can develop iPhone apps. WIMI apps for the iPhone would be very useful for a lot of people.
