Quite frankly, there are a lot of spammers from India. I wouldn't be surprised if the sites you can't get to deny connections from a lot of India IPs. I know we block a lot of India IPs on some of our sites including this one.
Try accessing the site via a proxy. If you're able to get to the site from a proxy then it's either your IP specifically or the group of IPs which you are tied to via your ISP. |

The 192.168.1.115 is your internal IP. That has no affect on your external IP. When you visit WhatIsMyIP.com the IP shown there is your external IP. If the external IP doesn't change, you'll probably still experience the same problems. You need to change your external IP in order to see if that IP is the one causing the problems.
If the internal IP is the one you're having problems with, then we need to troubleshoot your DSL modem or your NIC further to see what's causing the problem. |

Your external IP can be found by going to WhatIsMyIP.com
Your internal IP shouldn't be blocking any sites unless configured to do so in the router and then the sites would be blocked all the time and not sporadically. I think you need to focus on your external IP when you can't get to the sites you mention. |

Might be something with your computer.
Do an ipconfig /all and get the IP address of your gateway, then do a tracert to that IP address. If it completes, it's not your computer. If it doesn't complete, something is wrong on your PC. If it completes, do a tracert to one of the DNS IPs assuming they're outside of your network. If that doesn't complete but the internal did, then it's most likely a firewall setting at the router/gateway. |
