Unable to View IP Camera Remotely

I have a Linksys WRT54GL router using firmware version 4.30.5 my router setup is DHCP. It is connected to two Hawkings Internet cameras 300N. I have been able to view my cameras over the internet inside and outside my home. I was always assigned an IP address for the router starting at 24.17.221.18 now I have been assigned an IP address like 67.165.170.190. Now, I can only view my camera from home. I made my IP address change but it changed to another high IP address 76.33.56.144 and I still cannot view my cameras from outside my home. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone give me some advice on how I can correct it. I attempted to get my IP to reset again, but it would not reset.
