Hi all..
i am new and i want to learn how can i make my external ip not changing...
PLEASE HELP SOON beacause i have a server at counter strike
**EXTERNAL IP** not the other !!!

Your ISP can make it static - you cannot. Your ISP probably provides this as a service (is costs money). Contact your ISP and tell them you want a static address. That is how to do it.

DDNS is dynamic DNS. It means your IP number may still change but your URL will always be mapped to whatever number it is. So if people access your machine by URL like this www.mymachine.com rather than this 192.168.123.4 they will find you. There are good free DDNS services out there. Google it.

By the way, this is not a static IP solution. Your IP will still be dynamic.
