Default Proxy IP?
Ok, I know there are software programs out there like hidemyip etc,

Now I have a windows 2003 web edition server running and I reside in Costa Rica and currently surf with that IP however I would like to know what software can I install on my Win 2003 Server so that I can connect my local computer running Windows 7 to always obtain the IP of my Windows server so that I have a US based IP?

setup RRAS on that server and then log into that from your win 7 machine
