ip question

Hi,
I have zone alarm and it tells me it has blocked access to my computer from the internet originating from ip's: 10.0.1.1,10.0.1.2,10.0.1.3,10.0.1.8 to various ports. it says my ip address is 10.0.1.11 but that's not it. When I put the ip in your lookup it says it's a local address. What does that mean?

Those are definitely local IPs.

What does your network consist of? Is this a home or business network? Are there at least 4 machines on the network?

It's an ashram address, The connection is thru AT&T. There are multiple computers on it. At least four. Would this mean that someone is trying to get thru to my computer?
