IP Address relationships

I've got two IP's here that I'm trying to determine if they're related or not.

216.199.233.58
and
216.199.233.55

Are they the same person or come out of the same building or router? How can I tell?

The unix command whois reveals interesting information about IP addresses. I'm sure there'll be a Windows version. I've just run it on my Mac (which is a unix box):

techguy, if you're on a Windows system you can just go to our IP WHOIS Lookup page and put the IP address, hit the Whois Lookup button and get the controlling source of the IP.

Both IPs are definitely out of the same block and controlled by fdn.com as you'll see in the whois information.

The NetRange shows the block they control and both IPs fit in that block.
