Imageboard thread won't update

Whenever my modem was assigned with an IP format of 222.127.223.xx, threads of an imageboard won't update properly when refreshed.
Buy whenever my IP format is 222.127.xxx.xx, threads can update properly with a simple refresh.

The problem is it is so hard for me to get the 2nd IP format.

So I am asking now, what can I do to make the threads update with the 1st format? Proxies won't help since they are usually banned from the site.
