Help please!
I have a wireless modem which I use to get online and whatismyip.com shows this address. However, I have a Smart Media Server which stores all my music and which has it's own ip address. Is there any way I can find out what this ip address is,using my home address etc as I cannot access the menu on the SMS via my TV anymore due to a change in the way my sytem is now set up! I think it will begin 192.168.... thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question but I am not especially techy!  |

Hi rudes....you'll need to go to the Smart Media Server and open a command prompt. Start, Run, cmd.
Then at the prompt type ipconfig and press enter. The results will show you the network IP of that computer. |
