Default Getting past an ISP to trace an email.

I am trying to trace an email. I now have the IP of the computer it was sent from as well as the time which it happened at:

189.192.88.77 @ Wed, 13 Jan 2010 10:49:59 -0600

I have found out the senderīs ISP provider, but I would like to get past this info (customerīs name, telephone number, adress, etc.). Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If you go to the following address, you can enter an IP address and it'll give you the location.
http://www.whatismyip.com/tools/ip-address-lookup.asp

It this case it reports:
MEXICO JALISCO GUADALAJARA 20.667
-103.333 - -06:00
Net Speed ISP Domain
DSL MEGACABLE SA DE CV MEGARED.NET.MX
IDD Code Area Code Weather Station
52 - MXJO0043 - GUADALAJARA

It's unusual to get any more accurate information. The geographical address given is that of the person who 'owns' that IP. Your emailer 'leases' the IP address from an ISP who maintains a log of the leases. However the ISP is unlikely to provide the lease information without a court order (or some legal instrument) requiring surrender.

Another word of caution. Most ISPs provide a web interface for email. An email sent from anywhere in the world could appear to come from the location of the ISP (in this case Mexico).
