Different "Your IP Addresses"

When I start your website my IP Address is:

196.209.168.189

When I perform the Speed Test my IP Address is:

196.209.251.3

Please, can somebody explain that behaviour to me?

The speed test program we run is from a third party. I don't believe they have proxy detection built in like we do on our front page.

So...on our front page is what your real IP address is and on the speed test is probably the IP of your proxy server.

I'm going to investigate with my ISP.

If you don't mind I have further questions regarding networking. (WAN <-> LAN <-> PC or other Device(s)). But let me go step by step.

Some ISP-s using Load Balancing that's why u have another IP when downloading and another when u uploading. As u can see is different class 196.209.168.x maybe downloading 196.209.251.x is uploading .
