hi everyone, until a few days ago every time i would reset my router my ip would change but now only the last 3 numbers change :/ my ip always start with 89.139.**.*** i want to get it back the way it used to be and make the first two numbers change every time i turn on the router. can anyone please help me?

It sounds like that router was provided by your ISP. Your IP address will depend on how your ISP's network is segmented (or organized). If the router is connected directly to the cable comming from the street, there's nothing you can do to undo the changes your ISP did to your router. Otherwise it won't work
