I'm just going to explain my situation
I am trying to play a game that has a complete IP block for the U.S.A. I was wondering if there is a way to change my IP so that I appear to be in Europe. I sort of know how to do it for a website but not for connections in general. P.S. I am running XP |

This plugin for Firefox works pretty good.
http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/ Just follow the instructions in the video on the page and you'll be up and running in no time. |

ahhhh. I see.
I think you're looking for a vpn service then. Something like http://vpnprivacy.com/ They offer USA and Canadian IPs. I know you don't want the USA IP as you already have one of those....but the Canadian IP may be enough to get you what you want. Alternatively, you can just Google other VPN Privacy Services until you find one that offers an IP of your Country of choice. If you're not familiar with what a VPN is, I can give a quick explanation. If you are in the US and choose the Canadian VPN service....once connected, any place you visit on the web will presume you are from Canada. They won't see your USA IP address. |
