I've have visit this website, and i sign up just to find out what it is about, and i put my bogus email and see what happen, then i verified that email then i visit the site again see if i can access to explore what the site was about, then i received a email from them saying that, i owed them $80 dollars, from my email address and they recorded my IP address and also my ISP provider, and the auto email said that if i dont pay them the money, they might file a lawsuit because of fruad, can they really do that with my IP that they got off my bogus email address?

So they let you sign up before paying them? They're just trying to get $80 out of you. Don't pay them. They have the power to cut off your account at any time.

Yes, they send me a email and gave me a password, then they let me sign in, then when i signed in and explore it was really stupid then i logged out, and couple of hours later they send me an email saying that i owed them 59 in eur = $80 in U.S, they made it sound like it was a really big deal, they say if i dont pay them in 30 days like the invoice said then they might have to file fraud,they made it sound really serious, well that my story, i just want to know that it is really possible to do that online, cuz i have never seen anyone does this before, and will they take it to court??????

oh and, when i was trying to reply the email, the email wanted me to confirmed my email address before sending it, that what stopped me from replying, im a confused why they wants me to comfirm my email before sending?

The confirmation could be a measure to prevent spam.

I would ignore those people. No legitimate business behaves like this. I notice you haven't told us which web site this is. If you share this information with us, another reader of the forum may be able to offer advice.
