I have a static ip, I entered my static IP into the router and gave it the appropriate port numbers for the correct programs. Nothing's mixed up, the router saves them, but somehow they don't work.

I'm at a loss. I have no idea how to fix this, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

(I've followed step-by-step instructions at portforward.com many times but to no avail.)
